Breakorial is a podcast for breakers.
Welcome to the Breakorial Podcast.
Breakorial is a resource for breakers' personal growth.
Discipline and effort are crucial to improve skills. But the growth gets stunted or slower because you may be working hard in a less effective way.
You can work hard — really hard — without being effective.
By interviewing successful dancers and intellectuals, we aim to help breakers reach their goals with correct knowledge about recovery, nutrition, mental health, and training, so that we know the steps we take are in the right direction.

About Me
Strong. Active. Curious.
Hitomi Nakamura, currently in high school, started breaking 1 year ago. As she delved into the culture, she noticed how not many comprehensive resources are available to beginners on major online platforms like youtube. First of all, she couldn't find any place outside of her house since she lives in an apartment and cannot practice indoors. Second, she didn't know how to practice each component of breaking effectively. She didn't know anything about how to recover properly from fatigue. Blindly believing that practicing every day and sheer hard work would make her better at the craft, she constantly pushes herself beyond her limits to be diagnosed with stress fracture in just 1 year since she started practicing.
Believing that she's not the only one in the world with the same struggles, she decides to host a podcast where breakers can benefit from asking questions for effective training and injury prevention.
